My goal is to educate homeowners and Boards alike, to ensure each and every member has the ability to get the most out of their Association membership.
My partner in business, and in life for more than 28 years, Tom is an integral part of Anchors success.
Our team has a common focus on attention to detail, professionalism and integrity we both learned while serving our country. Tom retired after 20 years in the U.S. Marine Corps and Julie served 3 years being honorably discharged from the U.S. Navy.
Grace has 4 years of experience in the HOA management industry, and is currently working on being a community manager. Grace just moved to Carson City from Honolulu, Hawaii. She spends her time finding new and fun things to do around Carson or with her cats Binx and Luna, who you will often find in the office taking naps on her desk.
Chris is our head of Accounting. Chris served 3 years in the U.S Army and was stationed in in Hawaii. After Chris got out he decided to move closer to his family and to start his career with Anchor Management. Chris spends his free time with his cats Luna and Binx.
In our office our hardest workers are on 4 legs. Come in and meet our fur babies Binx, Luna and Maggie. Binx and Luna are in charge of organization and making sure desks are clear of any clutter. Maggie is our office security and will greet you at the door with a smile and boxer butt wiggle. All three fur babies may require a treat upon your entrance, but don't worry we have some onsite.
